Pin Up America must receive the return within 45 days of purchase.
CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. We have that part in all caps to make sure you see it.
If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when Pin Up America receives the original merchandise back.
Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. Don't run through the woods with the stuff, mmmkay?
Q: How do I send something back?
A: Just visit our Customer Service Page to contact us or call us at 813.635.6676 for international customers, and have the answers to the following questions handy:
1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?
2. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
3. What is the reason you're sending the items back?
4. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item number(s), item(s) and size(s)?
Pretty painless, huh? Remember, to get a Return Authorization number (RA#, or RMA# if referred to by UPS), you must call or email us BEFORE sending your product back! A UPS Label will then be issued and emailed to you. Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!
You may choose any shipping method you like, but for tracking information, we suggest you use the pre-paid UPS return label. If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return label, we’ll deduct a flat fee of $8.00 from your order refund for return postage and handling fee.
If you live outside the continental United States, we're sorry but we won't be able to provide you with a return label. You may return the item(s) using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.
Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. Pin Up America will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.

Q: If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my credit?
A: We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merch in our warehouse. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits. If you paid for your purchase with a Pin Up America gift certificate, a new gift certificate will be sent to you in the amount of the merchandise returned. Sound good? Cool!
